3. Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions for requesting a refund on products purchased from Sterling Saunas. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
Refunds are available within 30 days of the original purchase date.
All refund requests are subject to review and may incur a restocking fee, assessed on a case-by-case basis by our returns team.
Orders not finalized (including incomplete shipping information or unpaid shipping fees) within 30 days of purchase will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to cancel or hold these orders without refund.
No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or abandoned orders after the 30-day period. It is the customer’s responsibility to complete all required steps to receive their order.
Returned items must be:
-In original packaging
-In resellable condition
Items that meet these standards may be eligible for a lower restocking fee, based on the resell value and repackaging costs. Our returns team will review on a case by case basis, not every return is subject to a full refund.
We reserve the right to deny any return. If we determine a return could pose a safety risk or involve fraud or misuse, it will be refused.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be arranged through their own shipping provider. Once the item is received, our team will inspect the product and determine eligibility for a refund. This process may take up to 7 business days.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method only. All decisions made by the Sterling Saunas Returns Team are final. Once a return outcome has been determined, the order is closed and will not be reopened or re-reviewed.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within the 30-day window so we can assist you before the return process begins. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
For products that require shipping, our Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines shipping procedures, costs, expected delivery times, and any additional pertinent information related to product shipment. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. If by chance an item is delayed we will notify you as soon as possible to figure out a option that works best for both of us. Items may be packaged on holidays but doesn't mean they will ship, items will only ship on Canada Post business days regardless of shipping carrier. We are not responsible for items damaged in transport, please contact your shipping carrier. Items are packaged safely and securely.
Customs fees - Shipping charges do not cover customs fees, if they’re are custom fees they will be calculated when the shipment gets to the border and will be responibility of the customer. Shipping charges only cover actual shipping companies, not government fees.

6. Code of Conduct
Maintaining a positive environment is essential at Sterling Saunas. Our Code of Conduct sets expectations for user behavior when engaging with our website, services, or other users. No bad language or fraudulent behaviour will be tolerated. We reserve the right to leave a project at anytime due to customers behaviour if by any way it physically or mentally damages our employees or company property.
7. Intellectual Property Policy
Our Intellectual Property Policy clarifies ownership of content, trademarks, and copyrights associated with Sterling Saunas. It also addresses user rights regarding our content. You may not use any content from our website or company without written permission by our CEO. using our photos is direct violation of this policy and we reserve the right toe sue upon using our property without permission.
8. Custom Orders
For Custom orders unfortunately we cannot offer refunds due to the nature that you already requested the work to commence and the work has commenced to supply your product. Someone has to pay for the work, if you do not want an item do not buy it or be double sure you ordered correctly. Some changes may be approved by our staff in specific situations but custom orders are non-refundable. For saunas that are custom ordered a credit may be applied, please contact us for more info.
9. Order Payments
When you place an order, we will not charge your payment method immediately. Instead, there is a processing period of up to 7 days to prepare your order for shipping. we strive for 1-3 days preparation but allow up to 7 days depending on stock. Your payment method will be authorized, but the payment will not be charged until your order is ready for shipping. Once your order is ready for shipping, the payment will be processed, and you will be charged for your order. It ensures that each order has a tracking number, allowing you to follow its progress.
