My husband and I have been searching for a sauna for ever, we couldn't decide on one design because we wanted to have the door and a side window. Most companies wouldn't customize the model we liked. When we contacted Sterling Saunas they said no problem and didn't disappoint. We love our new sauna, custom windows to see the lake was worth the wait.

We visited Sterling Saunas in the Trade Show while another sauna company was there it was clear that the building and craftsmanship was thicker and stronger than the local competition. We chatted for a while and the builders at Sterling Saunas are very knowledgeable and open to offering many custom options. I was very happy with their pricing considering the lesser quality companies were the same price I would definitely choose Sterling Saunas again in our next home. We are very happy with our sauna.

We were hesitant about purchasing a sauna, its a big investment and most dealers wanted full payment upfront. Sterling Saunas was happy to work with us on a 50% deposit so we would feel better about the six weeks building time. Although we had lots of questions, they helped us through the design of our sauna and we are very happy with the outcome. I couldn't build this myself I am happy we left it to a professional.

Spending our savings was stressful, we weren't sure if we would be able to get what we wanted, we worked with Sterling Saunas and they were able to point out ways to save on the build compared to other companies. We got what we wanted and super happy with the end result, although spending the price of almost a car it was hard to spend the money but in the end it was the best purchase we have made since we bought our house.
